List of tables with TABLE Maintenance Dialog

I am trying to make sure that no-one can edit a table via SE16/SE16N, especially the Z tables and can only do so using SM30/SM31 where access can be restricted by assigning an authorization object.

Is there a table or a query which can give me a list of tables for which table maintenance is defined for SM30/SM31.

I can get a list of tables from DD02L for which Maintenance is allowed, now I want to compare it with tables for which there is a maintenance dialog. I have 1200+ entries, checking manually using SM30 will be a pain.
