We are using Autobank in many companies of Casino Group since November 2011. They are customized as company codes in our SAP ECC 6.0 system
The basis customizing for Autobank is exactly the same for all the Casino Group companies.
But for the first time today, we have an error message for some of them (among all our customized company) when we integrate our daily account statement.
The message only occurs since the beginning of this year. It was working perfectly last year.
FYI, When the program RFEBBU00 is launched, it displays the following error message
"there is no open posting period between 02.01.2013 and 01.01.2051"
The first thing we did is to check our accounting periods (using the transaction OB52).
Conclusion: No inconstancy in customizing has been found between the companies for which we have the error message and others.
According to my “Autobank project” experience in Casino, we have never customized or populate data to manage accounting periods at the company level.
Could you please help us to find out at which level is the issue?
