Sequence field in ova2

Dear sd gurus

it may be basic question but i checked in forum to find exact use and as well as google also but as per my staderd i am unable to understand

in idos system i read by pressing f1

in OVA2 T CODE sequence field is there but i am unable to understand this

it shows : if you maintaine the plant as a first field for example the system automatically completes the several associated fields

plz plz give small hint to understand

i never forget your help

Hi,

Assume you are giving sequence 10 and 20

10 for payment terms and 20 for Inco terms

See the incompletion log in sales order

which means sequence 20 will display first and then 10

Hi venu,

Sequence in incompletion log gives the system the sequence of the fields to be checked when you run the incompletion log.

it shows : if you maintaine the plant as a first field for example the system automatically completes the several associated fields

What associated fields are there in your case

Hi

Please test your self first by giving some sequence like 10, 20 ,30 etc..,

Dont maintain above data in Material Master and Customer master and check in Sales order level

what is the sequene is showing at the time of incompletion log then you can understand
