Customer_Main Filter

Hi

Initially I have maintained filter (KNA1-KUNNR = 1 to 1000) in Customer_Main to download customers from ECC to CRM in tcode: R3AC1.  Then I have downloaded customers in tcode: R3AS.  All customers ranging from 1 to 1000 are downloaded.

Then I have removed filter in Customer_Main in R3AC1.  I want to download all customers now.  But when I execute R3AS, still I am getting customers from 1 to 1000 only.

How to download all customers.

Hi,

In transaction "R3AC1" once filteration criteria is removed from adapter object then click on button "Filter Sync (R/3)" which is available in filter setting tab. In field "Block Size" mention "1000" and save the adapter object.

After this create a Request Load in transaction "R3AR2" with filter as Customer no. greater then 1000 (i.e. KNA1-KUNNR >1000) execute this request load in transaction "R3AR4". After this verofy whether BDOc are getting process OR not.
