LiveCache connection error

Hi,

I am getting wrong user/Password error when I execute

LC10 ---> Live Cache Monitoring transaction.

Here are the installation details

SAP SCM SID ---> DA0

Schema Owner ---> sapda0

Live Cache SID ---> DA0

Owner ---> sapda0

when I am filling the LC10 screen

I used the following user information

control and sapda0.

Please let me know were I can check to solve this problem.

Hi,

for liveCache issues, please open an OSS/CSS message on queue BC-DB-LVC.

Intregration of liveCache can be done most conveniently using transaction DB59. You can also check the connection there.

When you create the OSS message, be sure to also enter your exact liveCache version and open the R/3 connection to your system.
