Boiler manufacturing(piping material) implementation of SAP QM

HI QM experts,

Please suggest me the method of SAP QM implementatioon needed for Piping manufacturer(who supplies the piping material to Boiler manufacturer).

How we can uilise the maximum options available in SAP QM?

Yeah.. pretty hard to suggest anything specific without really knowing the business or understanding what are the biggest quality issues facing the client.  SAP QM can provide total quality system from the beingingin, (raw materials), to customer service after delivery. 

So it depends on what the client is doing now, what they want to do, if they have any particular QM issues that need to be addressed, what the scope and mandate of the overall project is, how many resources are available, the timeframe of the project.. etc.. etc.. etc....

Various scenario you can implement as like-

Raw material Inspection, Inprocess Inspection, Post process inspection, Inspection at delivery, Inspection at customer return materials, Stock transfer Inspection etc.
