Portal runtime error

Hi All,

whenever see iview preview in portal , i got portal runtime error

Portal runtime error

An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

See log file for details about this exception

Also i can't find related error information NWA->log viewer and os leval -->application log and default trace

Please advice how to fix the issue
