ALE filters for HRMD_A

Hello experts

My requirement is to send HRMD_A Idocs via PFAL transaction. The condition for the Idocs is to send only employees with employment status as "Active"

This can be found in the Segment E1P0000 ( actions ) with the filed STAT2 having a value of '3'.

How can I add this into ALE distribution model filters ? Any guidance is much appreciated.
