How to maintain time zone rule for india-

Hai;

our client is having a new sap ecc 6 ehp 5. once i check the time zone (netweaver-gen. settings-time zone), no values are there.

first i try to create time zone rule. But it is throwing a warning message :

Choose the key from the allowed namespace .

Message no. SV019

but i can create rule with y or z. but in ides rules for india is P0530.

how to set this in new client.

Also, i have checked note 198411. whether i need to follow that, by downloading the current time zone

    • Time Zones are defined in table TTZCU..... Please check if the entries exists in this table......

      Run these reports/modules

      • Run the report from Tcode SA38 -> TZCUSTHELP
      • Run the report from Tcode SA38 -> RSDBTIME
      • Run this function module in SE37 -> TZ_SYSTEM_GET_TZONE
      • Run this report from Tocde SA38 -> TZONECHECK

      And share screenshots.....

    Hi,

    You can use Tcode STZAC to set the timezones in SAP. You also need to make sure that you restart both SAP system and DB system to activate the change.
