Issue with Edit Sold to Accounts on Mobile

In the Backend CRM we have created the roles for Sales rep so that he has edit rights only for the prospects and not for the Sold To Accounts as all the Sold to Accounts are replicated from ECC . We have also implemented the CRM Mobile Sales and sales rep should have access to create Account through the Mobile device (only prospects). However when the sales rep tries to edit the Sold to Account the system doesn't stop him from doing so.

I was made to understand that the security role created in backend CRM applies for the mobile device also since there is no security authorization role for the device itself.

Our goal is to stop the edit to sold to through the mobile device and allow only for prospects. This works very well in the back-end CRM.

Any suggestions please?

I would implement a solution like this.

+ Add a custom enhancement field which tells prospects or ERP accounts. The field is just information to users.

+ Implement the BP Change BADI which checks sold to account and return error message to device. Sold to accounts are not updated in CRM.
