Buyer Admin question

Dear Gurus

We are currently on SRM 7.01, with ECS deployment.

We have a need from our purchasing community for an operational purchaser-lite role that allows a select group of users to update / delete  PO line items without being able to change key fields such as price or vendor.

Any advice on the best way to progress?
