Hi Experts,
I have an issue with alert emails. We have configured a new alert notification profile through webUI for a user and given all details.
It is specific to user for alert type 7059 to receive new notes created by supplier. Actual user is receiving alerts corrects for the PO created by user.
But, user is receiving the alerts for other PO's as well which is not belongs to him/her. Intially notification was created as partner specific.
Due to the above issue, deleted the notification profile and created as user specific. Even though, user receiving alerts of others as well.
Could you please please some one help me to resolve the issue to avoid alerts of other users.

Hi Experts,
Further to below above issue, found the root cause. But I don't know why system is updating partner at table level.
Alert notification created at user specific and not partner specific in WebUI.But at table /SCMB/ANOTP, partner updated. We are not using Alert notification at backend and all notifcation will be created at WebUI
Could you please let me know how to remove the partner in notification profile at table level.

Hi Gowri,
The type of profile created i.e., user specific or partner specific only decides the visibility of the profile on Web UI. If you choose 'User Specific', then the selection will not appear on Notification Administration, but you can create a profile. Only 'Partner Specific' selections are offered on the Notification Administration screen.
Therefore, the POs created for the partner (BP of which is assigned to user for which the profile is created) will be notified to the user.
