Design Studio Missing Page on IPAD

I have dowmloaded the sap BI app and added a connection to the BI Platform but when the connection tries to connect I get a missing page error. My connection details are for server url - <server name>:<port number>/BOE/BI

for CMS Name MobileBIService, authentification - Enterprise.
