Hierarchical Access disablement notification

Hi All,

As part of Hierarchical Access disablement, we have implemented the notes 1599403, 1601052 and 1600091.

My client is using none of the hierarchical conditions. However as part of legal requirement we had to implement these notes.

Now i need to test these notes in Dev system. Can someone let me know how test the updates from these notes.
