Extracting Best City Name in Address Cleanse Transform

Hi All,

I wanted to ask if Address cleanse transform has the ability to output the best city name if only the 5 digit zip code is passed as an input? or it can only correct a city when city name and zip code are passed as input? I have tried to output all the Locality related outputs while passing zip code as input, but it doesn't output the corresponding city name. It always output city name as blank.

I would appreciate if someone could give me some tips on it.
