error at info package level

Hi Dear Experts

when i am schedule an info package it is not picking the records from sap r/3.

we have created Generic Extractor on VBAK WITH generic Delta

At monitoring it is showing this message

Request still running

Diagnosis

No errors found. The current process has probably

not finished yet.

System Response

The ALE inbox of BI is identical to the ALE outbox of

the source system

or

the maximum wait time for this request has not yet

been exceeded

or

the background job has not yet finished in the

source system.

Current status

in the source system

it is running Batch job at R/3 side More 10 min But it is not finishing its Job

how can I solve this Please help me
