1st September = 1 CL
1st October = 1CL
PL
31st January = 2 PL
28th /29th Feb = 2 PL
31st March = 2 PL
30th April = 2 PL
31st May = 2 PL
30th June = 2 PL
31st July = 2 PL
31st August = 2 PL
30th September = 2 PL
31st October = 2 PL
30th November=2 PL

Could you please help me to map the same in standard SAP.

Hi,
For CL Quota can be generated from RPTQTA00 or PT_QTA00. For CL every starting of the month you have to execute PT_QTA00 and it will generate only 1 days of quota in starting of the month till what ever month you have specified .In V_556A_B you have to select NO Generate
For PL Quota can be generated from PT60. In V_556A_B you have to select Increase this quota give 24 in V_T559E Base entitlement table and in the selection rules Accrual period tab select as Monthly so every end of month it will generate 2 days of quota.

Hi Raja,
Thanks a lot for your quick response.
Only one small clarification...
As per your suggestion I am not creating any time type for PL generation. but when I try to run PT60 it starts asking data is not maintained in 554Y table which is related to time type.
In PT60 generation I am processing TM04 schema.
in base entitlement i am selecting accrual period.
Could you please let me know where I went wrong.

Hi
The V_T554Y you referring is Time Constraint Reactions for Time infotypes and it is not for time types .
May be in configuration V_T556A here you maintain quotas may be u have missed or maintaining some different Time Constraint class.
The below configuration i am referring to PL
In V_T559E Base entitlement table select related to Period as Calendar year and in the Constant give as 24 of quota no time types is required here .
In V_T559D table in Valid from Table select Accrual Period and in the Valid to as Calendar year
In V_T559L table Selections rules select in Accrual Period as monthly.

Hi Raja,
I have done the configuration as per your previous mail for PL.
When I am running PT60 with TM04 schema( negative time management) it is telling -
