How to get actual verses std consumption variance report for a materials in PP order?

Dear All,

My client want that, Actual consumption verses STD consumption variance report to be generated (Condumption during confirmation of order).

Can anybody help me to guide that, How I could be able to get this report? Is it get through any standard T code?

Hi

Check in COOIS with List as Object overview and profile as 000000000071 , you with get the requirement qty and actual qty for orders.

Try MCRE report and do the switch drilldown in the next screen based on your requirement and see.

But still, I am interested to know, if any other options available which gives me maximum details in broader way, e.g. MCRX etc.

I have get the requirement and withdrawn quantity. Can I get a column of variance in report which comes by substracting wothdrawn from actual?

Hi,

Its there in LIS, check in MC01 open Production info set "Material in Production" Then go to 'Qty of material in production' and select 'Detailed view', it will give variance but not sure if it will give order wise, also check other info sets in this page whether it gives on order wise
