ITSM - Attach screenshot

Hi.

I'm looking into ITSM at the moment and are wondering if it's possible to attach a screenshot in an incident / service request? (without saving the screenshot into a word document and then attaching it)

I'm thinking that it might be possible to paste it into the message or choose Attach -> Screenshot?

Thanks, I know this - but I am looking for an easy way of attaching a screenshot. One which mean I dont have to create screenshot, open document, paste screenshot, save document, attach document.

It would make things alot easier from a user perspective.

OK, Now I understend. This functionallity would be greateful . Maybe SAP add this in SP8(relase may 2013).
