Filling VBAP-GRANT_NBR

Hello experts,

Business requirement is to link grant number with sales document (contract), no billing function is working so the GM-GTE RRB approach not acceptable.

I want to fill grant_nbr from VBAP under acct. assignment and trying to activate this field for ready to input in contract item level (VA41) w/o luck.

I'm not a SD consultant but try to search the forums and IMG activity for this access.

I see this field in GMADDONVBAP append structure (VBAP) and also activated FM-SD integration and recieved FM acct. assignment in contract item level but this only fill structure table and not VBAP-Grant_nbr.

please offer solution how to fulfill this requirement - customization preferred.
