How to Activate requests i scheduled DSO?

Hi,

     I've scheduled a DSO, by scheduling it's infopackage, it's pulling data every day from it's source system.  But every time after the new requests has been updated into the DSO, i'll have to activate every requests in the DSO manually.  Can u plz suggest how to activate the dso instead of activating it manually?

Hi Antony,

double click on DSO

Goto setting

tick the check box 'Activate Data Automatically'

It will activate ur data

Hi,

     Thanks for your reply.  Is there any tcode to do this task in production?  Because, the DSO is already moved to production and I couldn't bring the DSO in edit mode.

Make a process chain in production as

Start->Infopackage->activate DSO

see the screen shot

You try with this program RSDG_ODSO_ACTIVATE  or RSODSACT1

Hi Antony,

Tcode will not help u because it is a manual task  u have to run it every time when u want to activate DSO so better u create a process chain, hv a look to my previous reply to make a process chain

Hi,

Giving clarification even thread is closed.

In 7.0 even you select Activate data automatically check box at DSO settings . It wont activate.

This provision is there in 3.5 . Not in 7.0 .  Activate manually is required. Otherwise automate through process chain.

or you can use process chain dso activation step.
