BAPI to upload condition type records in VK11 and VK12

Hello all,

I have a requirement wherein I have to upload condition records in VK11 and VK12. I tried using BAPI_PRICES_CONDITIONS and RV_CONDITION_COPY but its not working as required and also not returning any messages or errors.Can anyone please suggest on some other BAPI's or FM's or how to make use of the above?
