How to upload Sales Text in XD02

Dear Experts

I need to create Sales text in (XD02--->Extras-->Sales Text view), For each customer, i have to enter Sales text which is about 50-70 char text value.

How to upload the Sales Text? Is this taks has to be done by using any Function Module? If so, which Functin module need to be used?
