Hi,

Let me know what availability check you have used?

If the availability check is 01(in Mat master MRP3 view) the order number will not appear. But the qty will appear. Change it to 02. This will appear.

Krishnendu.

Is The customer order is Delivered?

If yes, Run the program SDRQCR21 in se38  as suggested by Expert DogBoy49

If the customer order is not delivered yet, If you want to close the order for MRP

In VA02. set the order reason for the sale order,

SAP note 1649669 explains a procedure which you can use to find the sales order number.

******************

To point 1:

You have two possibilities to find out the sales order or delivery number:

  1. In order to find all sales orders, you can select all entries to the affected material from the table VBAP, where the field of SUMBD is <> 'A'. For deliveries please use table LIPS.

Hi,

If the availability check field is having a value 01 in material master then the customer order number will not be appearing in MD04. Change the availability check value to 02 in material master and refer the threads for further details.

Pushpalas,

If expert Netrananda's suggestion doesn't work, also try running program SDRQCR21.

Dear Vasudeva, To delete the CusOrd from M04, Click on the Edit Button on the same screen and delete the line item from the subsequent document. And then refresh MD04.
