Not able to upload the file

Hi,

Below issue we are getting in FTR upload  in upload center.

I am trying to upload the SMI Planned reciepts  file in upload center. I entered the reciepts data in Planned Receipts - New keyfigure. When I upload the file it uploades the file with status Ready. But when you go to check the log it gives message (hint type, not error message) "Uploaded data doesnot contain any data to update" and hence it is not loading Planned Reciepts data .

Please can some one help in resolving this issue. I have attached the screenshot of the log message also

Hi Raghavendra,

It may be an issue related to the Product IDs. Are you having leading zeros in the SNC Product ID? If yes then the upload file should also have these leading zeros.

Hi Bharat,

Thanks a Lot .Our issue is resolved. In our case Ship from Location is with leading zero.

One more question before marking this question as answered. Whenever I download the file it always comes without leading zero in CSV format.Then before upload we have to ask supplier to enter leading zero.Is there any way so that we can make sure whenitdownloads the file in csv it comes with leading zero.

Hi Raghavendra,

The donwloaded CSV file does contain leading zeros. The issue is when you open the file using Excel, the leading zeros get truncated.

You need to follow a special procedure to open the downloaded CSV file. Refer the below link:
