Description of text Status

Dear Expert SAP HCM

I have the following doubt with the options that appear in the portal inclosed in the box red and green of the image attach.

I have a appraisal document with two status In process and completed. Where is taked this text of the setting done in the tcode PHAP_CATALOG?

The portal display two options:

• Save and Exit Document.
• Complete.

I can change the text using the box "Status Change Description", But this apply for the text "*Save and Exit Document" . Where can do the same for the text *Complete"????
