PFAL to select only records with employment type active

Hello HR experts

I am trying to export all employee data using transaction PFAL. I would like to select only employees who has the employment status as active and filter all employees with withdrawn status.

Is there any way you can specify filters in PFAL transaction ?

I see there is "set structure conditions" option but not quite sure what it is for exactly.

Any help on this issue is much appreciated.

I'm also interested in the item. My filter would be the company code. But once we know how it works we can use any filter hopefully.
