reinstalling j2ee engine

hello all,

we uninstalled our j2ee engine (6.20) as there were some errors and then reinstalled it. the installation was successful without any errors.

we are able to start the server, dispatcher and the administrator without any errors unlike before.

but the problem is when we are trying to open it in a browser using http://<hostname>:<port> we are getting an error "dispatcher running but no server connected" .

there are no errors being shown in the server.

can anybody tell us why is this happening?

is there anything else that we need to do?
