Mapping flat file to IDOC

Hi,

i have completed a message mapping in the graphical mapping tool. File structure on the left side and IDOC structure on the right.

Check of the mapping fails.

The attribute BEGIN (required) of the IDOC structure and the attribute SEGMENT (required) of the segment need to be mapped. How can i do that? Is that really neccessary?
