Alerts in SAP BO WEBI

Hi

I want to send alerts  based on the values displayed on a WEBI report.

i am using SAP BO 4 sp4

is that possible in webi and in dashboard?

SAP BO CMC is with  health report alerts .

SImilarly  i need to send some alerts from WEBi reports also.

any help?

In WEBI you can use conditional formatting inserting background colors or images, assigning values to the displayed conditions. The process is similar to Excel.

Hi Prem,

You can use Conditional formatting in WEBI 4.0 to highlight/format the values of your table based on conditions.

You can use 'Track' option of WEBI to see the changes in data From Previous Refresh like Addition, Deletion of Rows, Increase/Decrease in Values, etc when compared to previous data.

Hi,

The condition formatting is a new name this is in WEBI 4.0 and 4.1.

In older version it is called as alret.

Tract is good to identify the previous Refresh like addtion, deletion of values
