SAP CRM Transaction Launcher Not working

Hi Experts,

We have an issue with Transaction launcher, where we are launching ztransaction using transaction launcher on crm web ui screen.

On  the Web UI screen we can see SAP Netweaver GUI screen/logo is looping on the front, Below I have attached the screen shot of the same, on the front we can see the SAP Netweaver GUI  screen which is looping for a while, (it is looping forever but this behavior is observed only on Firefox Browser).

Can you please help me to debug the same, or any info for the solution.

Hi,

Its due to ICM settings. Run program SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INT which will activate all ICM settings.

Can you share with me how do you call the transaction launcher? From your event handler?

I have a problem where I called the transaction launcher in my event handler but I did not see the SAP GUI loading screen. Can you share some info. with me?
