Enhance the data source

Hi all,

Today i got another requirement, it is a datasource enhancement, the data source is replicated already into BW side and the initialization and delta taken place already now i want to enhance that data source i want to add only one field to that datasource. Then what are the steps need to care about in R/3 side and BIW side. Please guide me.
