Error Message when opening Web Intelligence Document

Platform: SAP BW 7.01 EHP 1 SP 7

SAP BO BI4.0 SP4 Patch0

When opening a Web Intelligence which is based on a relational universe or a Bex Query I get the following error:

"Communication error occurred when trying to connect to server SIA_2.WebIntelligenceProcessingServer3 (FWM 01009) (Error: INF)

Sometimes I get this error, sometimes I don't. Sometimes I can just logoff and close my browser and re-login and open the file to make it work.

I'll appreciate any help.
