Get Non Billable Confirmation from Complaint

Hi Friends,

Here I query that I need to get the Non Billable confirmations from a complaint.

The flow in the System is Complaint -> Service Order Quotation -> Service Order -> Billable and Non Billable confirmations.

I am using CRM_ORDER_READ function module multiple times. Its becoming a performance issue.

Is there any direct function module available for Doc Flow?

Is there any table level mapping?
