Journal Entry Error Table AJDT

Dear Experts,

I have created a new account (company), i cant add a Journal Entry, Please see the error below.

Please help me on this.

Is it Possible the table AJDT is corrupted?

I also tried to add outgoing payments and incoming and i still received same error...
