SAP XI vs BizTalk Server 2004

Does anyone know any of the following...

a) Does SAP XI supports workflows that require human intervention, to enable humans to step in when needed ?

b) Can SAP XI invoke .net components in message processing steps ?

c) Is there a graphical modeling tool included in SAP XI to model the business processes ?

Your help would be greatly appreciated, I am in the process of evaluating this technology as an

integration tool for my company.
