Role Permissions to view XCM configuration for J2EE

Hi all,

I need to know the details of what it takes to give a Netweaver user the permissions to view Extended Configuration Management for J2EE. Basically I want to navigate to webapp/admin/xcm/init.do. I think there's a way you do this with identity management from Netweaver Administrator. Tell me how I might create a custom administrative role to be able to view this information.
