Condition with hierarchy?

Hello gurus,

I am trying out a simple condition that's supposed to filter values less than 10% on a specific key figure.

We have two structures - one each in row and column.

Row structure has node elements of a hierarchy and column structure has various key figures.

When I define the condition, i pick the key figure, then i pick the row structure element, less than as operator and 10 as the value.(All char radio button is selected)

When I execute query, my condition row (displayed in results) just says 'not applicable' and all rows are displayed. No filtering.

I tried another key figure in my condition that had data - greater than, less than etc., No effect.

Is there any hieararchy specific property I am missing out?
