SC Approved , No PO created

Hi ,

Shopping cart approved  fully but no PO created in SRM .

is there any FM that can help ?

Tryed with BBP_PD_PO_CREATE  ,  but Buffer table not uptodate message pop up ,

it dumps with  The exception 'CX_BBP_PD_ABORT' was raised

but not caught

This is in SRM 7.0 and for a service item cart.

Hello Niranjan,

As you mentioned this is service carts so i believe you have defined Item category "D" in backend for PR and PO.

Also in the ECC SRPO settings please check if you have define Default values at Purchase organization level; SPRO --> MM --> External Service Management --> Source Determination and Default values --> For Purchase organization.

In here you have to maintain unit of measure which can then be used while converting Service SC line items.
