Workflow configuration-"CELL_DOES_NOT_EXIST" error.

hi all,

when i tried to configure the workflow settings thru <i>Tools -> Business Workflow -> Development -> Definition Tools -> Workflow Configuration</i> i'm getting the error <b>"CELL_DOES_NOT_EXIST" </b> How can i access the workflow configuration screen.
