Regarding report for plan called because of a counter

Dear All

I made a plan for regular oil change in car(equipment) based on its meter(counter) which successfully generate the order on every 5000 meter reading or counter reading. I want to see a report in which i give the equipment and system show me how many orders are genereted on this equipment with counter reading, or system show me how many orders are generated based on its counter.
