Unable to change password on Information Steward login

Hi,

I'm testing Information Steward 4.1. I get a strange behavior as I cannot change my initial password. I changed the password and tried to login but it took me back to the password page ... so I set the password again and again I got back to the password page ... <loop> ... so that I'm never able to login to Information Steward. Is this a web browser issue? ...
