Sap GRC AC10.0 not able to submit request form

Hi,

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Need your help for resolving workflow issue we are facing

My server is on SP10

While submiting new user creation request i am getting error " Error while inserting the request reason"

Also during MSMP workflow configuration step -7 (generate versions ) when I do activate I am getting warnings as below

No data is maintained in table GRFNMWCNGLBESR for process SAP_GRAC_REQUEST

No data is maintained in table GRFNMWNOTIFRECPT for process SAP_GRAC_REQUEST

If you mean MSMP warnings, in stage 1 for process global settings you need to complete the notifications and escape scenario for no approver found, etc

Please let me know first which initiator rule you are using?

Is its SAP standard initiator rule or BRF plus flat initiator rule ID (customized)

Please provide your screen shot of MSMP global process and initiator rule

and also provide SLG1 log screen

When the EUP field  "Request Reason " is set to "Yes" in the
SPRO configuration, the error occurs and when it is changed to "No" in the
configuration, the request can be submitted successfully.

Kindly set it to NO.

these warnings can be accepted and this will not make an issue for submitting the request.

Please remove Mandatory option for request reason in SPRO--> GRC--> Access Control --> User provisioning

Thank you and wish you the same!!

Kindly goto transaction SE75 in the GRC system, and for the Object "GRC", check if the Text ID "LTXT" has been maintained. Within the transaction SE75, you have choose the option "Text Objects and IDs".

Alternatively, try to set the parameter "Request Reason" to Mandatory as NO. This is available under "Maintain End User Personalization" in SPRO, Governance Risk and Compliance =>Access Control =>User Provisioning.

I have followed all the steps mentioned by you.I have also verified the object id and text ids you mentioned. Despite all these, I am still getting an error Item 0001' etc... I am still not able to submit the request.

We are SP9
