It would e helpful to have some documentation as how alerts in EM can be managed in mobile devices like Iphone.
What are the various services we need to install.

could you explain your scenario here?
Alerts are emails or SMS and should therefore be displayed on any smartphone.
Or do you mean a special EM app for displaying EH and Messages? This is not existing at the moment.
For the TM scenario an app is available but only for Android it is called SAP TM notifier.
You can find it in the Google Play Store.

Have you seen any documentations on SAP TM Notifier apart from the one that SAP published in Nov 2012. I am interested on how SAP TM Notifier is integrated with SAP TM and EM (functionally, technically / architecturally).

it uses the Freight Order scenario from EM (ODT20_TO).
It allows you to display the FO EH with Events. You can report events.
