Budget upload

Hello Team,

Can you please advise on below issue .

Issue : While uploading budget into project/WBS element in CJR2 (from excel) for FY 2013 , system automatically consider as zero balance for FY 2012. If we upload this budget manually then it is fine.

Example : we have uploading the budget 20000 USD for FY 2013 and at this movement system is showing as negative balance as -20000 for FY2012( S_ALR_87013558/CJ33).

Please advise me.
