Impossible to schedule Desktop Intelligence reports by e-mail

Hi everybody,

SAP BusinessObjects plateform : XI3.1 SP5

Dear community, I've a problem concerning the schedule of Desktop Intelligence reports by e-mail.

I can schedule Web Intelligence by e-mail, no problems.

I also can schedule Desktop Intelligence for inbox and file location, no problems.

But for Desktop Intelligence reports, I've that kind of error message :

server error. [CrystalEnterprise.Smtp]: [Error initializing SMTP server. Return code: [TCP send failed.]. Reason: [IP_SERVEUR_SMTP:25].]

I've already done extensive testing and modification, without success.

Note : The e-mail configuration of the DesktopIntelligenceJobServer is the same as for the AdaptiveJobServer.

Did you have any idea ?
