Income Tax depreciation of asset using note 738919

Hi,

I am trying to configure asset accounting as per Indian IT depreciation. The group asset functionality is working fine but i want to use new SAP functionality given in note 738919

I am using the pdf provided with the note for configuration.

I have enabled business function FIN_LOC_CI_8. I have acticvated country specific data, added tab layout for India specific fields, assigned transaction type to transaction group, and maintained area 15 as depreciation area for IT depr.

But under the SPRO path Asset Accounting -> Master Data -> Country specific functions -> India -> Maintain Asset Block Details, when i open this path there is nothing on the screen.

Is there any configuration step i have missed out? If anybody has done this configuration please guide me how to do it.
