prodproduct name & product version missing

Hello Gurus,

For EP 7.3 & banking server SAP EHP 1 for SAP NetWeaver 7.1 we could not able to see the product name & product version in SLD for respective servers.

How to trouble shoot it.

I have reran RZ70 & SLD data supplier ,but no luck.
