Error during installation of SAP Solution Manager 7.1

Dear All,

I am installing SAP Solution MAnager 7.1 on Windows 2003 64bit.

I have downloaded all the relevant media and given proper path during installation process. SAPInst has also not thrown any error. During this path selection SAPInst again asking for kernel NW 7.20. I have already given path for the same during earlier selection. Now again when I give the path it throw error as per attached screen shot.
