Error while applying the basis KB73101 patch on sap netweaver 7.3 ehp1

Dear Experts,

I am facing an error while applying the patch for basis "KB73101" in spam , sap version is 7.3 ehp1. We are not able to login to the server with any user or client.

Error message while login is "SYNTAX ERROR IN PROGRAM SAPLSTRD"

Please advice.
